Your Health & Wellness Session
Your initial session can take up to 90 min. You will be sent a form via email that will need to be completed and brought with you to your first appointment. At this time, you can ask as many questions as you wish to determine if this is the path for you.
Follow-ups can be scheduled for 50-60 minutes. All sessions are completely confidential and performed in a safe and trusting environment.

About
My Story...
After several years of struggling with high anxiety, depression, and feelings of disconnect with the world and those around me, I found myself in the office of an energy healer. This is where I discovered I am an Empath and an Intuitive Healer. I have spent several years going through my own healing journey and discovering my life's purpose. Every day is a new lesson and another layer peeled back.
I have spent years studying the mechanics of our bodies and I know what we are capable of when we are living a True Healthy Lifestyle inside and out. There are several types of healing modalities, and while all of these modalities are after the same results, I focus on high vibrational healing.
With the honor of coaching several people on detoxing from harmful chemicals and learning to fuel their body well, while also helping them heal their soul through high vibrational healing sessions, my life is now full of passion, positive motivation and I can honestly say I have discovered my life's purpose.
